Very dirty.

I went to Days Inn in S. Freeway in Forth Worth. It was a dirty room. When we got to the room we were so tired that we stayed due to being very late to look for another hotel. Once we got there we just crash to go sleep. Would not recommend this hotel what so ever especially for neat freaks.
- Pros: none
- Cons: everything

In Short
This nationwide chain promises value-added amenities to its guests. King and two-queen guest rooms offer clock radios, hair dryers, shampoo, televisions with HBO or Showtime and complimentary copies of USA Today. The property is inspected three times a year for quality by an independent quality assurance team and assigned a Sunburst rating, so travelers can rest assured that their accommodations are clean and comfortable.
horrible

I've stayed in this hotel many times so I knew not to expect much, but it is cheap, convenient, and used to be reasonably clean. When my family and I arrived, we were extremely disappointed at how dirty the room was: dirt and stains on the carpet, no facial tissue and actual grime in the tub and on the shower walls. Unfortunately, we had no time to ask for another room as we had a pressing engagement, so we cleaned up as well as we could and left. We spent a grand total of about 20 minutes in the room. Upon our return later that evening (at 11 p.m.) we discovered that the card key reader was dead and we were locked out. The2 employees on duty tried to help, but were unable to get the door open. Eventually, they called Neil (or Neal) P, who I believe is an assistant manager and he finally got the door open; however, by that time, we?d been standing in cold, damp weather for 45 minutes (during this time, my wife and I saw 4 customers complaining to staff about dirty rooms) and no longer had any interest in staying in this dump. When I told the clerk that we wanted to get our things and go, and have our money refunded, I was told that only the manager or Mr. P had that authority. As he was there, I told Mr. P that we were leaving and that we expected our money back. An enraged Mr. P rudely refused on the grounds that we hadn?t let anyone know about how dirty the room was upon arrival. I pointed out that the filth of our room wasn't the only problem we encountered in our stay and reminded him of the 45-minute wait in the cold. He responded that HE had done US a favor and that we should just be thankful. No need to make a long story any longer, but the bottom line is that Neil (or Neal) P of the Days Inn located at on S. University in Ft. Worth is an extremely rude, angry and unprofessional man who is an absolutely horrible representative of Days Inn. By the way, after Mr. P slouched away, the night clerk did refund our money, so FU Mr. P, but it still wasn?t worth it.
- Pros: cheap
- Cons: rude staff, dirty rooms
