Arlington Needs a larger Old Navy by Aimee H. at InsiderPages

The Arlington store is so small for as much business that they do. I have seen bigger stores in lower volume areas. This store has good customer services, but always seems to be very messy and cluttered. I have a hard time finding items in this location because it is so small and very busy all the time. There are also never enough registers open.

PROS: Good Customer Service

CONS: VERY Small store, not enough product.

Khakis, sweaters and other fun, casual pieces for budget-conscious folks.

The family-friendly chain is the third in a lineage of reasonably priced clothing stores (Banana Republic and the Gap are the older siblings). Huge, loft-like spaces and disco soundtracks make shopping here an upbeat experience. Men's, women's and children's jeans share space with khakis, T-shirts, sweaters, sleepwear, outerwear and seasonal items, such as ski hats, swimsuits and Halloween costumes.
