It is awesome!

It is THE ABSOLUTE BEST theme park I have ever been to. It is great if you're on a date, by yourself, or with the family. It is a non-smoking place, but they have places where you can smoke(designated ares). The rides are great!I love the Titan, Mr.Freeze, the Batman, and, the new ride, Tony Hawk's Big Spin! The food taste good. Some of the lines are long depending on which day you go, but you can get a Flash Pass so that you don't have to wait on SOME rides. The souvineer cups offer great memories and so does everything in this amusemaent park. They have a parade at the end of each day(I think) and they celebrate holidays such as Fright Fest(Halloween) and holiday in the park(Christmas). There are kid, family, thrill, water, and relaxing rides throughout the park so don't miss out on a one-of-a-kind expierience that you will never forget! (Oh yeah one more thing..you could get a season pass and get discounts, free tickets, and you get to come for free.)
- Pros: The rides and expierience of getting to come.
- Cons: SOME of the lines were long.(some were short or medium)
Avoid on Saturdays!

Six Flags over Texas in Arlington is great. The rides are better. I never get tired of "The Batman" or "Mr. Freeze". The best ride in the park is the "Titan".
There are downsides, though. The lines are terrible. I've had to wait two and a half hours just to ride "Superman". It was worth the wait, though. The heat alone is reason not to go. The best time to go is in the middle of the week or on an over-cast day. I got to ride "Superman" and "Batman" six or seven times in a row without delay.
The food is overly priced (seven dollars for a Superman cup!) but good. I suggest you try the hamburgers. They do give out free water and ice, so don't worry about dehydration.
It's also easy to get lost in the park when it's overly crowded, like it usually is. The park doesn't integrate the whole adult ride/kiddy ride thing, though. You have to walk all the way over to the other side of the park to get your kids on a suitable ride.
Christmas in the park is amazing. You get to ride all of the rollercoasters at night. You can go caroling with your friends and have a blast during the holidays. December is the only month it's open during the winter.
Overall, I'd reccomend it.
- Pros: Great food, fun rides, friendly staff
- Cons: What parking there is left is usually expensive and far from the gates, overly priced food, the heat is terrible
This original amusement park in Arlington is guaranteed to get the adrenaline pounding.

In Short
Get a speed rush or enjoy a slower pace on one of several dozen Six Flags Over Texas rides. Crowd favorites include a free-fall from the Superman Tower of Power and the swift winding and rolling of the Titan. Smaller children will enjoy the SpongeBob Square Pants 4-D ride, traveling into the deep, blue sea experiencing wild and zany adventures. Thrill seekers still stand in line for classics like Splash Water and the Conquistador.
Can you name all six flags?

The original Six Flags has a lot to offer. It's a great trip for the whole family. Be careful on the river ride because you will get wet (plan to do that one last). The food was over priced and basic, but you come here for the rides. The roller coasters are great, but the lines are too long.
