Bob's Mountaineer Restaurant is a good place to eat some home cooking. They specialize in foods our mothers and grandmothers made. They also have a good soup, salad, and dessert bar. Their prices are comparable and you don't leave hungry!

Seat yourself buffett style with menu items. Have been several times and the buffett seems the same with little change out for new items. Fried chicken can be oily and most vegetables are bland so keep salt shaker at hand. For size and price of buffett it would be better to go to a larger chain, but for the area it offers a diner a chance for different items at one dining.

• Cons: bathroom stalls, buffett price
