I recently stayed three nights at the Hampton Inn at 2025 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN. This stay is one of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced! I was with a large group that booked several rooms. Due to limited availability of standard rooms, they bumped several people in our party to suites at no additional charge. The rooms were clean, nice, smelled fresh, and had excellent climate control. The staff was friendly and responsive.. we requested a rollaway bed and it was delivered within five minutes. The beds were impeccably clean; the pillows and linens were soft and plentiful.

The free breakfast was outstanding each morning, offering an excellent variety of FRESH pastries and doughnuts, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, english muffins and bagels, instant oatmeal and grits, and a changing daily variety of hot foods such as biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, etc. They offered three varieties of excellent coffee that was always fresh and never empty. The juices were of quality as well.

The eating area was pleasant, comfortable, and offered plenty of seating. Staff were always on stand-by refilling food and keeping the seating area clean and prepared for additional guests.

Our particular group performed one day at Dollywood and the staff graciously allowed us to connect our video camera to the large lobby television late in the evening and review our performance.

Considering our visit was not during their "busy" season, the staff of this hotel were on their toes and ready to serve.

Definitely worth your money!

• Pros: Very Clean, Excellent Service, Outstanding Breakfast
• Cons: On the main drag of Pigeon Forge... but on the edge of town.

Moderately priced hotel chain offers a clean, consistent stay and complimentary breakfast.
