ripe off

they ask for a 100.00 fee upfront but you dont get it back even if you have been with them for a couple of years.all i want to do is transferr service right next door and they said it would cost me another 100.00.that is just ripping people off.

• Pros: you can get water though them
• Cons: they are gatting rich off the poor

In the water company's defense

In defense of the utility company, the $100 fee to active a water account at a new address is not a deposit but an activation fee. What I find absurd is the $50.00 re-connection fee for someone to turn a valve.

• Pros: inexpensive usage
• Cons: nasty, lime saturated water

Worst buisness ethics

it totally ridiculous that everytime ive had to move that ive had to give these people 100.00$ im a single mother n its a shame that they are just robbing people like this....

i cant beleive that a water company as wealthy as sgud would take $100.00 dollar deposits everytime you move and keep the money. I always thought a deposit should be returned or transfered for another address service. shame on you greedy employees of shady grove
