Three years, $140 million, and former mayor Phil Bredesen's reputation went into constructing the downtown venue. The main hall is subtly shaped like a horn, so sound gets amplified naturally as it moves through the room--an ideal for big-name concerts and Music City Theater events. The building also offers superb sight lines, and fans of the Predators and the Arena Football League's Nashville Kats get ample opportunity to rock the house.

GEC

The GEC is a nice venue for music or sports. I've seen numerous perfomances and sporting events and am yet to be disappointed in the venue. Great location right on lower broad. So much better than if it was placed out in the burbs.
