The Corn Exchange Bistro was Bryan's bribe for me to come to South Dakota during Bike Week at Sturgis. I had seen Rachel Ray review this restaurant on her show, so I just knew it would be good, and was NOT disappointed. I had Corn Exchange Steak- Pan Roasted, with choice of mushroom cream sauce or topped with wedge of Maytag Blue Cheese, served with roasted yellow fin potatoes, From 777 Buffalo Ranch, Hogen Beef and Dakota natural beef, all from South Dakota the price wasn't listed on the menu (another big city touch) but it was worth whatever Bryan had to pay <G> to have this wonderful meal.

Unique interior. Great food! The best selections and such great desserts, you'll think you're sinning! If you want a great restaurant with some of the best organic, but still slammin' food, come to my aunt MJ's restaurant! Owner and head chef, MJ, has gotten rave reviews from New York, and South Dakota. If she doesn't make your meal special, then no restaurant will!

Excellent small menu that changes often. Very good wine selection and recommendations. Classically trained chef/owner is very creative using locally available and air expressed ingredients for a memorable dining experience. Very cozy and romantic atmosphere. The staff appear and disappear at just the right times. Great desserts, especially their crème brulée!
- Pros: Wonderful pairings of small and large 'plates' as well as wine recommendations!
- Cons: European style menu - salad and side dishes not included with entrée. Some people don't understand this.
