With the many hair salons in State College to choose from, Looks should be your first choice. Not only have I never had a bad haircut from here, but I have never seen anyone else walk out with a bad haircut either. I am obsessed with a hairstyle my stylist created for me the last time I was there and try to re-create it for myself on a regular basis. Bring them your tired, dull, old-fashioned hair and let them transform you immediately!

PROS: Trendy professional stylists

CONS: Expensive, but what you would expect from a sophisticated salon

They do a great job styling hair at Looks Salon. I go to Billie, who always cuts very nicely. I tried about 10 stylists in State College before I found her and I won't change!
