Not a bad place to pregame, atmosphere is nice and prices are better. This is a good place to hang out before the sun sets. Oh and yes, sit outside if you can.

Cafe 210

Cafe 210 is really fun to sit outside and have a drink or a snack. They also usually bring in some good local bands and singers. The only drawback is that on really nice days, it's difficult to get a seat outside.
