The locally brewed beers are great, and taste even better with the meal that has it's mark for that particular beverage. Should you enjoy the beer, you can order a large jar for a reasonable price. The food is great, with the exception of the burgers...not so great. But don't let that prevent you from stopping in for an excellent meal. But don't be a hurry, because it takes a little longer than it should to get service as well as your meal, no matter how small or large.

PROS: Excellent Beer, Excellent atmoshpere for family and friends.

CONS: Service is lacking, takes longer than it should to recieve your beverage(s)

Salem Sports Staple

"The Ram" has been one of Salem's most popular sports bars for a long while now. They have a good assortment of beers, food, and TVs for folks to partake in. Located right across from Willamette University, it serves as a nice spot for of-age students who want to kick back and relax at the bar. Prices are decent, the crowds do vary but it is never overly packed. It is surprising since the place is not all that large, but it sure is quaint.

• Cons: Small Place, Not Enough TVs
