Great used items, great prices, bad customer service by Jacque E. at InsiderPages

I love Once Upon a Child because of the great used items they carry at affordable prices. I hate Once Upon a Child because of the awful customer service they gave me while I was buying a $80 toddler bed from them. They didn't even offer to assist me to take the bed to my car when I was pregnant. This store is doing great on resale items and needs to do a lot better on customer service!
