Clean and cheap

We paid $45 for a Friday night in November 2005. That price was at least $20 less than other motels in the area for the same night. Fine to spend a night or 2 but not for a romantic getaway.

Plus:

Cheap!

Really clean

Fridge in the room

Decent shower pressure

Ample hot water

Cable tv

Table + 2 chairs for eating in the room

Coffee maker in the room (we didn't use it)

Near Highway 1

Near Del Monte shopping center

Minus:

THIN walls

Able to clearly hear outside noise

Towels are quite thin and worn but appeared clean

Flat pillows (I brought my own since we were on a road trip)

• Pros: clean, cheap, location
• Cons: noisy, simple
