I would not have anyone stay at this hotel even if it was for free. When we got here to sign in the two lady's ( if that's what you want to call them) where talking about there night out on the town and I had to stand there and wait for them to get done talking before they would help me. We went to Cedar Point and came back to the hotel to get the room card to get in our room the lady work saw about 10 people walking from across the street so she went out to talk to them. We did get to our room and it was terrible. Smelled, hot floor dirty, and the door wouldn't lock unless you pulled up on it. We were going to not stay but when we went down to get a refund there was another lady down there wanting to do the same and they wouldn't let her. So it was hot the kids wanted to go swim so we turned the air on and we went down to the pool and the people that was walking across the street were in the pool. After about 10min of putting up with them another with small kids went to complane. The lady from the office came and told them they had to leave they could come back later. When we got back to our room and it was still hot the air didn't work. When we took a shower the hot water didn't work. (Which I guess was fine cause the room was hot) Do yourself a favore unless you like pain DO NOT STAY at this hotel !!!!!!! It was the worst place we have ever staied in our lives.
