And the worst service award goes to?..Max and Erma?s in Fairlawn!

This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a "review" for a restaurant. I expect to wait for a table on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised when we were seated in less than a half hour, however, that was the last good experience here. Once we were seated we were completely ignored by four servers and a manager for 15 minutes. All walked by our table quickly and avoided eye contact. In the mean time, another waitress was at a nearby table sitting and gossiping with friends. We finally said "excuse me" to another waitress who was rushing by. She said that we were not in her section and she would try to find our server. She never did but ended up taking our order. After spending an hour at the table waiting for our food we finally got a refill and our dinners. The food was cold and bland; the service was bad and bordered on rude. Worst dinning experience I?ve ever had and I?ll never go back.
- Pros: Ample Parking and close to shopping.
- Cons: Terrible Service and boarderline food.

So-so family food

Limited typical chain-grill menu, nothing really unique. Good burgers. This location has spotty service and mediocre food prep.

Max & Erma's is okay

The atmosphere is typical of a Fridays or Applebee's and the menu is expected...but that is okay by me!
- Pros: no surprises, good parking, fast service
- Cons: noisy, none, none
