sold us rolled gold not solid 14kt

We had been shopping a Sams for 20yrs. We've spent at least $30,000. One of my chains broke so I took it to Taylor jewelery so they could fix it, to my surprise Taylor called and said your chain is rolled gold I paid $1000 for that chain. We took the chain to Lee(owner) he threw his hand up and said I must of switched the chain I told Lee that Sams had repaired that chain several times. It was one of a kind!

The employees behind the counter were friendly and easy to work with. They gave me what I wanted without trying to upgrade or downgrade me. Parking is good most of the time, but can fill up around lunch and during the afternoon rush.
