Since 1974, local's seafood joint on the bay with sunset views.

The Scene
The dark wood-paneled interior boasts a bar and a few tables, but most of the action happens under the blue Christmas lights on the bay-side deck. An efficient staff guides the 30-and-up crowd through the expected seafood favorites for brunch, lunch and dinner; late night, the diners recede and the bar scene gets young and lively.

The Food
Locals slip into the oceanic theme with a bowl of New England clam chowder, the thick creamy broth brimming with tender clam and chunks of potato. As for the entree, ask what came in that day--then order it. A local broiled filet of sole arrives light and flaky and needs no adornment. At many seafood spots, ribs would be a mistake; here, the meaty rack, despite the too sweet sauce, is on par with the seafood.
