good job. The staff is very knowledgeable, but when they are stumped by a question, they don't make up an answer, they look it up and get back to you. If there's one thing I can't stand it's being lied to, especially by car dealers. I've come to assume everything a car salesperson says is a lie, but this place is different. Maybe they can even put some trust back into the car buying experience!…

Buy somewhere else!. Bakersfield Hyundai is by far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I had been warned by others who recently visited this store to shop somewhere else, I should have listened. The salesmen I had did not know anything specific about the Elantra or the differences between trim levels. All he could say is "One has more gingerbread then the other" when asked repeatedly. This after a 20 minute wait for him to see what inventory he had on the lot. The sales manager did not know what Hyundai's current incentives were and did not try to research and honor them. Both Hyundai's corporate website and yours clearly state that you offer a starting lease on 2012 Elantra GLS models with a starting price of $179 a month and $1999 down. Instead I was quoted some outrageous price that was laughable. I have a credit rating of 800 and easily qualify for any Hyundai lease special. Because of this I now own a brand new Honda instead. The Hyundai motor company should be embarrassed for Bakersfield Hyundai's lack of professionalism in representing their good products.…
