Great Gym and Multisport for Kids. Sportset really has it all. A great gym with lots of space and nice people, multi-sport facilities for volleyball, squash, racquetball, and a huge indoor turf field for kids activities. My daughter recently attended a birthday party at the sports field which was a huge success and such a treat for all the kids in the middle of this cold and snowy winter. Volleyball clinics. Sportset has been around for years, but has had a total makeover over the past few years. I have a daughter that wanted to play volleyball and wanted a program specifically geared to her age group (middle school). I spoke to the program director, Jason and he created such a program and has been running it for a few years now. He is terrific with the girls and is more than qualified to teach them from basics to beyond, since he is also a volleyball coach for middle school (I think in Queens). I felt my daughter learned a lot and the price was very competitive. Plus Sportset members get a discount.…
