I love this place! by LJ M. at InsiderPages

I really love the food here. In fact, it was the first Indian restaurant I've ever been to and my experience was so great that I feel in love with their food. Although I can never pronounce or spell any of the items, I have this shrimp dish with a sweet sauce, almost coconut like. That is my favorite. Of course, I love the naan and the chicken masala. The prices are reasonable but can be expensive for a college student.
We actually ate there so often that the waiters got to know us. They've given use free mango drinks and a free dessert before. They are so welcoming but can be a little overbearing as they watch you eat. At some point, they wouldn't stop talking to us but I guess you can take that in many ways. It was still nice of them to make us feel welcomed.
Not Indian

Many people recommended this place so my wfie and I went to check it out. Simply put the food was awful, it had nothing to do with any Indian food I've ever had, and I'm Indian. Basically it is Americanized tasteless swill, and overpriced at that. If you want good Indian in this area travel up route 27 (Nassau St.), on the way to New Brunswick there are several excellent South Indian restaurants that are cheap and have excellent food.
