I used to wait a long time to get a reservation too, but they got a new computer system; now there is almost no wait to make reservations. They book really quickly though, you have to call a few weeks in advance! Prices are really good. Make sure to get the hot rocks with massages.

BAD SERVICE

I recieved a gift certificate to Glen Ivy. However, I am unable to use it because I can not get through the REVSERVATION LINE. I was put on hold for almost an hour. I never get this kind of treatment at Burke Williams. Finally, when I got through the line, I was put on endless hold AGAIN. When I finally spoke to a live person, I asked to make reservations and, seemingly without checking, I was told that the day I wanted to go (my birthday) was already booked. Oh well.

If you try to go to Glen Ivy, good luck getting through.
