GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I recently had to take my daughter out to find a Prom dress. I was scared that I couldn't handle it. Ms.Nadine and the staff at The Cove Bridal Salon made it easy and enjoyable. I would advise anyone to go to the Cove for their female formal wear needs. The selection is huge and the service is second to none! Thanks again Ms. Nadine!!!!

My exprience with the cove bridal was nice. the service there was just like my friend told me, The dress i brought is beautiful and i'm very happy with it. I will tell a lot of people if they want to be pampered go to the place when i got my dress, just like i was told.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible

Stay away from Cove Bridal!!!! Since being taken over by Nadine in 2007, the quality of customer service at Cove Bridal has deteriorated. Nadine is unorganized and rude. She blamed me for my bridesmaids dresses being too short after alterations. When in actuality, she measured the dresses herself because she forgot to tell the seamstress about the appointment that I confirmed twice. Planning a wedding is stressful enough. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Cove Bridal.
