This store is not worth the trip.
This Rite Aid is within walking distance of my home so I could go there for just about everything. I used to take my prescriptions there until they told me I had to wait 4 hours for a tube of cream
for my daughter. The pharmacy tech told me the other customers had to come first. Since there was only one other person waiting, I said I would wait until his order was completed. The tech told me I had to wait until they filled ALL of the orders that came in front of mine - phone and drop offs. All they had to do was slap a label on a tube and hand it to me! I took my prescription to CVS and had it filled within 10 minutes. I've been using CVS for meds ever since.
After that I only went to this store for incidentals until I asked about an item I had always purchased there that they no longer had in stock. The clerk told me, "Oh no! We can't possibly order that for you! The computer handles everything!" She practically yelled at me like I was an idiot. One or two more times I tried to shop there and was always treated like I was an inconvenience to the employees when I asked for help. I'm done! And you should be too!…
