Old Country Buffet by Cheryl M. at InsiderPages

We used to eat here all the time with our three kids. The prices are pretty reasonable for all you can eat, although two of my kids didn't eat enough to make it really worthwhile. One only ate croutons. There is quite a selection of food, but it probably isn't the highest quality of food. We have recently changed our eating habits to all organic and we're vegetarians, so we don't frequent this place anymore. I can recommend it to those who aren't health conscious. Those who are health conscious are better off preparing their own meals at home.
Self-service restaurant satisfies budget-conscious families with all-you-can-eat, all-American home-style cooking.

In Short
A strip-mall mainstay throughout U.S. suburbs, this buffet-style restaurant caters to ravenous families who pay a flat per-head fee for all the comfort food they can chow down. Serving stations present everything from fried chicken to shrimp scampi, macaroni and cheese to steamed veggies. A do-it-yourself dessert bar allows diners to make their own sugary indulgence from a supply of brownies and cakes, syrupy toppings and multiple flavors of soft-serve ice cream.
