La Mesa is a family owned business with excellent service and cuisine. Whether you're stopping in for a margarita and chips or taking time for a full-scale dinner, this restaurant is by far the best Mexican in our Omaha metro area. Be sure to try the white cheese sauce with your chips and salsa!!

Delicious authentic Mexican food

All the food seemed very fresh and delicious. The salsa and guacamole were wonderful. I thought the portion for the guacamole was a little skimpy, but it was very good, little bit of a kick. I ordered enchiladas with chile verde sauce and it was so yummy I over ate. Great beans and rice.

• Cons: Need bigger guacamole portions!
