Bring your own pillows!. I stay at Holiday Inn frequently because of its consistently high standards. This particular hotel was nice as usual, but unfortunately had a couple of sub-standard surprises. The bed pillows on this otherwise wonderful king bed were lumpy and only about 15" - 18" wide, so they are obviously very cheap, old and worn out. The bathroom lighting was very dark, too. Everything else about the room was fine and comfortable.…
