Convenient Salon in the heart of downtown Bozeman. My wife and I were visiting Bozeman and she decided to walk-in and see if they could help her freshen up her hair color since we had a cocktail party to attend that evening. Even though we had no appointment, the gal was super friendly and managed to get her in the chair in under a half hour. I went for coffee and came back and we were ready to roll. My wife was super pleased with the service, her hair color and squeezing us in. We would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.…
Can you get any worse?. A couple of months ago my wife entered Studio One looking for a cut, color, and high lights on her auburn hair and stormed out with a black hacked up mess. The girl that did this to her tried to avoid responsibility by saying "This is what you asked for". Needless to say my wife refused to pay and left in a fit. The next day the owner refused to pay for the repairs and then spoke these exact words," I don't care. She does not work for me, she just rents a station from me". Later we were told by the salon that fixed this hack job (the best they could) that the girl that did this had to rent from Studio One because she kept getting fired from other salons.…
