Customer service at Kennedy. We have been a member of the Rochester community since 1994. We strive to satisfy every customer 100%. Kennedy has been in business since 1962 and we have worked on thousands of vehicles. Our policy is and will always be...we have to duplicate a problem to give honest and sound advice to our customer. We have always honored any warranty we have issued. If we did not experience the problem we would not make a recommendation. It is easy to throw rocks at people on the internet. I wonder why the customer came back to us to fix his concern after all??? He mentions that and in fact did trust our service as he returned to us...we experienced his concern and fixed it. We take this business and our customers seriously and we value each and every one. It is frustrating to have anyone write a bad review. Especially when we fixed the problem. We will continue the business course we have always been on.
