RUDE RUDE RUDE

I only ever visited this office once, and then followed Dr. McClellan to his new location. But after leaving, the way the staff from GT Allergy treated me was horrible! Getting my record sent to the new office was something that had to be requested twice. Then I had to deal with the billing department that wanted me to pay the whole bill claiming my insurance was void. After calling the insurance (6weeks later) I found out they never even submitted the bill to them. It just goes on and on. WATCH OUT! Go to Dr. McClellan instead. He and his staff are nice.

I like Doctor Lazar. He is upfront with his diagnosis and care. He always listens to me and gives me good care. I was surprised by the amount of allergies I have considering I grew up here in Michigan! Allot of out doors ones and a few foods. t is good to know so you can avoid them! Especially the food! I have found the technical aspects very interesting. And it is a great help to me to know how to care for myself when I have a bad time. The nebulizer works better that some other things I have tried.
