great brunch
by annarborreview at Citysearch
Although the dinner menu here was too haavy and expensive for my tastes, brunch here is amazing. The omelettes are wonderful and made with organic eggs, and the coffee was delicious. It's a fun, bustling place for brunch.
SLOW!

Went here for breakfast on a Tuesday morning and left almost in the afternoon because everything seemed to take forever. I can only imagine what it must be like when it's crowded on a weekend. Some of the food though was really good - the potatoes that came with the eggs and bread basket and raspberry jam that were part of the Turkish breakfast. They almost made up for the wait.
- Pros: The bread and the raspberry jam
- Cons: Very slow service
Great brunch, Overpriced Dinner only OK

Great brunch, though it gets busy so better go early or you'll have a long wait. (Need 6 people for a brunch resrvation).
Had dinner there once - lamb was good, tuna was disappointing. Wine list was limited. Overpriced.
The best way to explore the potentialities of crepes and the Ann Arbor dining mode.

In Short
Someone may be stretched out on the sofa. Watch your crepe being made. Zola's crepes are fragile and fine, ranging in color from palest yellow to whole-wheat brown. Sandwiches, soups, omelets, waffles and salads show a similar attention to detail and to the tastes-of-the-moment: chevre, roasted peppers, focaccia and organic coffees from five countries.
