Tennessee's serves up dependable, affordable barbecue platters to a suburban crowd.

In Short
Diners choose from large overhead menu boards and order at the counter. There are many huge tables, perfect for families who frequent the restaurant. Some of the meats are marinated for 24 hours and then smoked another 16, ensuring moist, flavorful brisket and pulled pork. Lighter fare includes jumbo salads topped with barbecued chicken. All platters come with a choice of sides (molasses baked beans, sticky-sweet candied yams, broccoli cole slaw, real mashed potatoes).
Great BBQ!!!!

This is the place to go for great BBQ. Red Bones is a joke compared to Tennessee's. There is so much to choose from and the portions are huge. Not only are the main dishes great, but the sides are awesome. The only thing that stinks is that the food is served fast food style where you go up to the counter order your food and get it on a tray rather than having a waiter/waitress.
- Pros: Great food, not crowded, Inexpensive
- Cons: fast food style place
