Randazzo's is cheating customers. I was in Randazzo's last Friday 5/14. The meal was good and the service was good. When the bill was presented it was $72 and some cents. I had a $40 gift card and put that with my credit card and gave it to the waitress. Five minutes later she returned with a credit card receipt for me to sign for $72 and some cents. I called her back and said there is a mistake and the $40 gift card was not included. She admitted that the gift card was $40 and took it back. Five minutes later she returned with another credit slip for $56 and some cents. At that point I pointed out the waitress that the original bill was $72 and some cents and after a $40 gift certificate, the credit card should be charged for $32 and some cents. She took it back. After five minutes, she came back with a credit card receipt for $16 and some cents. I called the waitress over and told her she is cheating herself. Again, I reiterated that the balance should be $32 and some cents. After waiting another five minutes, I asked for the manager. The manager was not there, so I asked for who was in charge. The waitress went into the kitchen and I held one of the swinging doors open while she went to the cook. The first words out of the cooks mouth were "What the hell does he want" He copped an attitude and when he came over he said I was interferring with the enjoyment of the other customers. There were two parties of two in the restaurant. He then said to leave. He had my credit card and I said I am leaving without my credit card. A few minutes later the waitress came back and put my credit card on the table. I asked for the bill. I am not looking for anything for nothing and knew I owed $32 dollars. The cook who was by the swinging doors, said my card had not been charged and to leave and not come back. I do not feel I am unrealistic after 3 tries to get an accurate bill to be charged to my credit card. I did leave and will not be back to any Randazzo's location. The food and service were good, but if you can not get the bill right in three tries, DO NOT GO TO RANDAZZO's They tried to cheat me twice and banned me when I told them they were cheating themselves.
