Nicole is the best- great color and cut!. Nicole is the best stylist I have ever been to and I have been to many! She has a friendly, upbeat, down-to earth personality and is highly skilled and talented with both cuts and color. There is so much attitude at most salons with little effort to make the clients feel welcome. It's the opposite here- the atmosphere is fun and lively and Nicole makes everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Nicole also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair. I went in with much of my hair light brown with blonde at the ends- badly in need of a cut and color. I have curly hair and a lot of it and it is not easy to cut or color. But it was easy for Nicole- for a very reasonable price she gave me gorgeous highlights that blend beautifully into my blonde ends and an excellent cut! What a relief for someone like me who has had countless hair disasters and many a terrible stylist! I highly recommend Nicole! Go see her- you'll be very happy you did!…

Best Corrective Color. After two salons said they couldn't fix my magenta hair, Nicole made it look better than it did before the horrible dye job. My hair looks great and feels great. No damage at all! She is very well educated in corrective color and it shows. I visited two other salons before seeing her and it was a huge waste of time. Learn from my mistake and see her first. DEFINITELY THE BEST!!!. After years of coloring my hair black to correct other "upscale" salon's mistakes, I had come to the end of my rope..I had searched high and low for someone who could correct this awful, black, goth mop on the top of my head and give me back the hair that I had once had. After much investigation, I came upon Nicole at BCG...and lets just say that she is the ultimate MIRACLE WORKER!!! After a consultation and discussing my goals for fixing my problem hair, we agreed on a plan of attack. Nicole was outgoing, knowledgeable, comforting, attentive and empathetic to my problem. She took the bull by the horns and did what noone else could do, she removed years and years of horrible black dye from my hair...she corrected the color to a chestnut brown with tons of highlights...she took the time to explain every step she was taking, involving me in the process. She never talked down to me or had a superiority complex like some other stylists...she is down to earth and makes you feel like you've known her all your life. She made me feel like a million dollars and the difference is incredible...she listens to your wishes and concerns and gives a realistic and truthful opinion of what can and can't be done...She is truly a magician and definitely pulled a rabbit out of her hat when dealing with me!! My hair is gorgeous and by the time I made it home to the south shore after a few stops, I had no less than six people compliment my hair. CALL BOSTON COLOR GROUP. I walked in to BCG with hair the color and texture of, no word of a lie, Bozo the Clown, and a HORRID 80's hair metal cut. I couldn't take another "attempt" by my nice-but-inept former stylist. BCG took pity on me, restored my hair to a very pretty auburn, HELPED HEAL HEAT DAMAGE, knew how to cut curly hair (!!!), and gave me fantastic advice besides. AND she's friendly, AND she hasn't got a pretentious bone in her body. Nicole rocks. This is my seventh year of having my hair done at salons, and I've never met another stylist even close to her ability. The icing on the cake? She listens to her clients!…

Great hair styling and color correction. I was in desperate need after a salon bleached my highlights white. Nicole helped fix the dye job and saved my hair. Now my hair hasn't been healthier and she can always cut my hair in the style I was looking for. She is a wonderful stylist and treats all her customers like friends.

Simply the Best. I have been going to Nicole for years and would never think of going anywhere else. My hair is not easy to style (thick, somewhat frizzy and wavy) and for years I went from stylist to stylist trying to find someone who could give me good, consistent cuts. Nicole has never given me a bad haircut and is always honest about what would work for my hair type and what wouldn't. I don't color it (yet), but when I do I know I'll be in great hands! I've been asked many times "who does your hair?" and I always say "Nicole @ Boston Color Group - she's the best!"…

A Real Find!. I've been seeing Nicole for about two years. My schedule is very erratic and I'm away for months at a time. BUT, I try hard to arrange things so that I somehow get by without somebody else coloring my hair. Nobody does it better.

She does a great natural- looking job, which is what I want and have had trouble getting from others. Why do so many hairdressers want to color your hair so that it screams "I go to a hairdresser!!! This is not my real color!!!"

The other great thing is that Nicole also cuts so well. I've had a hard time finding somebody who can cut AND color equally well.

I'm very happy with BCG and Nicole. My only regret is that now she'll get busier and busier! She certainly deserves the award and all success - I'm just being selfish.…
