Quick and Convenient!

I have been going to Daniel's Pharmacy for years -ever since it was opened- and i have not once been disappointed. The staff is full of incredibly friendly people who are willing to do almost anything to please a customer. The owner is both intelligent and helpful. He is also very easy to deal with and seemingly well educated. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my prescription filled. All in all Daniel's Pharmacy is the best in Moreno Valley.

OUTSTANDING

THE STAFF AND PHARMACIST HAVE A WAY WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THEY KNOW YOU PERSONALLY ALWAYS WITH A KIND WORD OR TWO AND BRIGHT BEAUTIFUL SMILES. THEY DELIVER TOO. ONCE I WASN'T FEELING WELL AND THEY BROUGHT MY MEDICATION TO THE CAR FOR ME.I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PHARMCY AND HAVE.I GIVE IT FIVE STARS, OH AND THE WAIT IS USUALLY LESS THAN TEN (10) MINS FIFTEEN (15) AT TE MOST

Terrible service at Daniel's Pharmacy

This pharmacy is very slow and incompetent. It took them two weeks to get my medication sent out to me. Then when I switched to a new pharmacy because I was tired of geting the run around, Daniel's sent the pharmacy wrong information saying that I didn't have any refills left. When I called Daniel's so that they could send the correct information, the owner told me that it was no longer his problem and was very rude to me. He treated me as if I was bothering him and for some reason didn't understand that his store screwed up. When I got tired of the back and fourth with him I asked him for his name. He then told me it was none of my business and hung up the phone in my face. I eventually had to have my new pharmacy call and get the correct information and my medication was ready within 5 minutes, when it took Daniel's over a week to get it taken care of. If I waited on Daniel's to get my medication I would probably still be waiting. I understand that they didn't care about me not having my medication. Some businesses don't care about their customers. I wasn't asking them to care, all I was asking was for them to do their jobs and none of the staff could do that. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. However if you don't care about waiting weeks to get your medication then give them a try. Otherwise choose a real pharmacy to do business with.
