This place was gross!!

Even though the hotel is close to I70 and the front desk personnel were very nice...the negatives outweigh the positives .....the room---138---smelled of dog urine.....when we arrived, the room was hot and dark.....the sink and vanity areas were being invaded by small black ants.....the showerhead didn't work right...there was more water coming out of the tub faucet than the showerhead......the ice machine closest to our room was out of order....the free breakfast was horrible, even the coffee was lousy....the closest decent restaurant was 9 miles away....I guess we should have requested a "non-pet" room?.....There is an indoor and outdoor pool but none of us were brave enough to take a swim!!!...the onsite restaurant was dark and smokey and stopped serving food at 8 pm.....the whole experience was crappy.....this was the worst Best Western we've ever stayed at!!!!
- Pros: close to I-70, nice front desk personnel
- Cons: almost everything!!
Budget hotel offers standard amenities and low rates to road-weary travelers.
