Excellent service.

Jerry replaced my ipod's battery, but when he tested it, another problem came up, so he took it upon himself to get that resolved. I was really impressed with his commitment to getting the job done right and the $49 was money well spent since I can use my ipod without constantly running out of juice! This is a much better option than the external battery packs I was considering, so I would recommend it highly.

I had them replace my ipod battery and it only cost me $49. Apple would have charged me double and it would have taken over a week. They did it within 30 minutes. Great service..

Great service!

Avnet came in and fixed my surround sound system and set up my MP3 player as well as my Tivo box. They also resolved a spam issue with my laptop for free which I didn't even know I had. These guys are reasonable and very nice to deal with.
