Thrilled with our "new" basement!. Quality 1st did a great job with our soggy basement! We purchased our home three years ago, and it was supposedly "dry" in the basement. This was obviously not true, and we had a different system put in over a year ago. It wasn't keeping up with water that was pouring in through our windows, and Quality 1st came to our rescue! The new window wells, drains and sump pump have kept our basement completely dry, and we are now re-finishing the basement for our family. Excellent Waterproofing. April 12, 2010 Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a waterproofing systems in my basement. I received estimates from several Companies who were qualified to do the work, but I chose Quality 1st Basement because the esitmate I received was in line with the other companies, but they offered new technology to cure an age old problem. The sales person Carl, brought his computer and provided me with an exact cost and a complete sketch of what the job entailed. The sales people and the office personel were all very polite and professional. I was really impressed with the 3 people who actually did the work. The young men arrived at my home at the scheduled time, began preparing the basement by covering the furniture and everything of value. They worked all day and completed the entire job by 5 p.m. That included drilling the entire perimeter of the basement, installing the drain sytem and installing a ice guard in the back yard. I have been water free since the installation of the waterproofing system. I would definitely recommend this company to any one who is having problems with water in their basement.
