Don't Do it

The staff was nice they just lie to you.I had a consultation with Nadine the one with too much done to her face.I told her I was concerned about my sun damage and crows feet.She recommended botox and (3)Matrix treatments and 6 micro/ peels for $3k.My treatments are done and I have the same sun damage I started with.Please do not waste your money ,shop around.There is a lady at Joshua Christopher (Janine)who is very honest and reasonable.located in Fullerton.

Great Services but Rude Staff

Very extensive list of professional services however it is hard to get a price for a single service. Instead you are pushed and trapped into listening to strong sales pitch in hopes of luring you into agreeing to a laundry list of things you did not request. Then you get this outrageous quote in the thousands of $$$. Perhaps they are worried that after your initial service you will be dissatisifed so they feel the need to lock you into a contract. As earlier mentioned by another reviewer, the receptionist, Jada, is the worst. She is the single most influence to not go here. If you can deal with her and get past her offensive approach, this seems like a a good spa and the people performing the services seem good at what they do but I'm not certain since I have just started. I hope I do not regret all of the money (I reluctantly) have committed to give them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. My biggest mistake was purchasing treatments at this spa. I hardly saw ANY results. The office manager is a JOKE! If I saw her before I signed up, I would have never have recieved service there. They are supposed to be the

"face" of the spa, it's evident that her lips are way overdone. They lure you in any way possible to purchase treatments/products because they are just after your money. I will NOT be going there again. They are so shady and hoaky. However, I do have to say the nurse there "Christine" was really nice but the other girls are terrible. They do not take returns on products so if you have a bad reaction forget it, you are stuck w/ it. I felt like I was at a car dealership and the sales people were just all over you, especially Jada. Really, DO NOT waste your time/money there. I only gave them 1 star because the facility is clean.

best medi spa in inland empire

well for does people that have nothing better to do than try to put a great business,service and its owned by a dr. by that way you crazy people anyways maybe that people tha wrote revies are ex employes. this great spa it is a great example of honest and respectiful spa.

Excellent results for tattoo removal!

I am getting my tattoo removed at Tattoo MD in Norco and I am very satisfied with the service that am getting. The staff are super nice and they really know what they are doing. My tattoo is already fading away after only a few treatments. Also, the cost was very affordable. I would definitely recommendTattoo MD to anyone in the Inland Empire (or anywhere else) who needs a tattoo removed.

Painless hair removal treatments! Clear Skin!

I thought the hair removal laser treatment would be painful, but it wasn't. I have also had a few photofacial treatments and am going back for more. The skin damage on my face is disappearing!
