Good location but really not a GEM!

For someone going to Rochester for a job interview or for service at the Mayo clinic expect to pay a lot for a hotel if you want something decent. This hotel is supposed to be well-renowned and known for its Antique luxury appeal. It's not luxury at all. It needs a serious renovation. It looks worn and tattered. Go elsewhere. I had plumbing issues in my room, and there is an awful odor in the hallways and rooms.

• Pros: Location is downtown, Pool is decent
• Cons: Not posh for what you are paying!
