Don't listen to all these reviews telling you that the staff at this salon is friendly. I was screamed at by the manager (Robin) because I complained about my haircut that was about 2 inches shorter than what I asked for. It took me over a week and countless calls to this wretched woman to get her to offer me a store credit for the haircut (they wouldn't refund me straight up for it). So now I'm stuck with a credit to a salon I will NEVER be returning to. Worst customer service. Rude Staff. Would not recommend.

Gratuity?Not allowed?

I have been a stylist for over 25 years and worked all over the world;my review in here is not about the quality work this salon offers but MAINLY for the policy of "NO TIPS ALLOWED".In salons,no matter how upscale or where, this policy has never been seen or heard.

This should be in the favor and benefit of the owner of 2940 Salon_Spa to change this unfair policy to enable the employees to stay and continue working there the way this beautiful salon will not anymore be loosing stylist with potential who were committed to stay.
