I ended up with an OK haircut here, not bad and not great. The stylist didn't come over to see my hair and talk about what I wanted before I had my hair washed, so the first time she ever saw me I already had wet hair--I think that is part of the reason why I didn't really like the ultimate result. The salon itself is very nice inside. They have a kind of odd no-tip policy, which is good to know about.

I have been a stylist for over 25 years and worked all over the world;my review in here is not about the quality work this salon offers but MAINLY for the policy of "NO TIPS ALLOWED".In salons,no matter how upscale or where, this policy has never been seen or heard.

This should be in the favor and benefit of the owner of 2940 Salon_Spa to change this unfair policy to enable the employees to stay and continue working there the way this beautiful salon will not anymore be loosing stylist with potential who were committed to stay.
