TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Customer Service! Thank goodness I don't live in this town and therefore am not forced to visit this salon ever again. Robin is the salon manager, and she is HORRIBLE. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received....she needs to take a course in how to treat customers. I visited this salon on two seperate occasions. The first time was for highlights and I liked them so much that I went back to get my hair cut. I asked the stylist to take an inch off, and he took about 2-3 inches off. In addition, they charged me $20 to have him blowdry my hair, and it looked awful. Half of it was curled under, the back part was straight, and the other half was flipped up. I could have done a better job myself and not spent any money. I spoke to Robin, the manager about the situation and found her to be entirely unhelpful. She promised to talk to the salon owner and call me back the next day, which she never did. I called and got a hold of her, and she offered me a store credit for the price of the cut only, not the blow dry. Because I am in the military and am only in the area for a few weeks, I told her that this wouldn't work for me. She said she would talk to the owner again and call me back the next day. She never did, so, once again, I called her back. At that point, she became irate with me over the phone and began screaming at me. In the end, all they would do to remedy the situation was to offer me the store credit. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

This should be a RED FLAG about how the this salon is managed and operates.In this field there is an old quote which says 'it is enough for only one unhappy customer to spread the word about her/his stylist/salon experience".

Gratuity?Not allowed?

I have been a stylist for over 25 years and worked all over the world;my review in here is not about the quality work this salon offers but MAINLY for the policy of "NO TIPS ALLOWED".In salons,no matter how upscale or where, this policy has never been seen or heard.

This should be in the favor and benefit of the owner of 2940 Salon_Spa to change this unfair policy to enable the employees to stay and continue working there the way this beautiful salon will not anymore be loosing stylist with potential who were committed to stay.
