Don't waste your time or money on this place -- these are people who don't care if you are satisfied with the food or service.

There is nothing good about this place. The wait staff is rude and they play dumb and the female manager/owner is even worse. I ordered a dish that was supposed to contain chicken but contained only tiny little scraps of chicken -- not even a tablespoon of chicken. I asked the waiter "isn't this dish supposed to contain chicken?" and he said there was chicken in it. I told him there was not enough chicken and he acted like he did not understand a word I was saying. I asked for more chicken and he would not bring it -- saying over and over "there is chicken, there is chicken". The manager came over and she did not care that she had a customer who was not satisfied. She made no attempt to rectify the lack of chicken. I'll never eat there again.

• Cons: Poor food and even worse service. They don't care if you are satisfied or not.

Best Orange Chicken

Very hard to find a place better than PF Changs in terms of quality for the price. Pacific House does it. The owners are very friendly and my water glass never went dry. It was like they watched me constantly to refill it. We order take out from them as well. Always fresh and hot with great portions. We do not order take out from any other place. Nothing compares.

I saw another reivew complaining about the staff and a dish with chicken. The veggie dishes have small amounts of chicken because they are supposed to be mostly veggie. Not sure what she ordered. Everything I've ever had there has been great.
