HEALTH CONSCIOUS COOKING. I work at a local salon in the same town as the Green Tomato. The staff at my work and I order lunch out several times a week and we had just about had it with pizza and subs; then we found the Green Tomato! Since we all make an effort to watch what we eat, we enjoy the home style cooking that Green Tomato offers. We appreciate that they make Atkins friendly wraps with almost no carbs and their grilled chicken salads are fabulous. We also love they they will steam fresh vegetables for us.
