The Scene
Nestled in the mountains above the California coast, The Ojai Valley Inn has much to boast with an elegant hotel, fine dining, a PGA golf course and exceptional spa. Located toward the back of the lush property, the spa provides an unmatched retreat from everyday life and has its own restaurant, shop, well-appointed men's and women's locker areas and outdoor swimming pool. The Services
The 31,000-square-foot facility has 28 rooms for facials and body treatments, but it's so popular, it's often full. The menu of services includes traditional massages such as Swedish and Shiatsu as well as signature offerings like the couple's Shangri-La massage. During this romantic treat two people are massaged with essential oils on separate beds in a flower-strewn room as a fireplace crackles in the background. Their cellulite and Ayurvedic body treatments are popular detoxifying experiences.
