I like coming here because they don't mess up my order. The waitress keeps me full on iced tea. And the cooks know what I mean when I say well done. A lot of places don't understand that concept
National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting.

In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.
