Have been here a few times for Brazilian waxes and they have all been very good. They use the blue Cirepril hardwax, which is great, doesn't stick to the skin but the hair. It is $75, a little pricey for me but you are paying for experienced staff, quality produces, cleanliness and ambiance. When you arrive, they seat you in a candlelit room and give you an heated neck wrap and offer you hot tea, water and nuts. The waxer uses powder to dry the area then uses the cirepril hard wax, plucks any strays then uses an antiseptic to prevent bumps. They offer high end astringent and emollient products if you wish to buy. Very pleased.

Pros: Blue cirepril hard wax, ambiance, experience waxers

Cons: price of $75

I would be remisss if I did not write about my favorite spa! I've left California now, but have yet to find one that I loved like Thermae. From the warm welcome by the front desk staff and co-owner, who is often there, to the relaxation area with soft candlelight, tea, nuts, soothing neck pillows and even Mimosas, this place is like no other. I've had many massages, baths, and facials at Thermae, as well as many other places on both coasts, and measure all others by their standards! I miss the special touch they give to their clients, and just wanted to recommend them AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL to all of you who are lucky to be nearby. Please do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

Pros: Skilled staff, Good Parking, Ambience!

I went to thermae for my first brazilian which was really SCARY! My woman was so amazing. I thought definately I would feel awkward but, she made me feel really comfortable and it actually was a pleasant experience. I would definately recommend them for waxing.

I went to Thermae for a manicure and I was really disappointed. The manicurist clipped my nails uneven, there were hang nails left, my cuticles were unattended. I was expecting a lot more.

My girlfriends and I went to Thermae for a bridal party and were blown away. The staff was so nice and we had some really awesome treatments. Some of us had nail care and everything was really celan. Instead of the Jet foot massagers, that get really gross, they had these beautiful glass bowls they used for pedi's. The facials we had were wonderful! To top it all off they gave us these great gift bags with tons of goodies! I would recommend Thermae to everyone!

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful facility, cool treatments

I had never been to Thermae before receiving a gift certificate to their spa. I went in for a body scrub, massage and a pedicure. Upon arriving I was blown away with all the little extras they offered: green tea w/ honey, cucumber water, neck pillows - it was great! I liked how everyone was very nice - no obnoxious technicians or snobby front desk people. I got a great massage and my nails were meticulously done! I am so excited that I have finally found a spa like Thermae!

Pros: friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, incredibe atmosphere

I booked for a massage on a weekday evening... the masseuse was panting when she brought me into the room and seemed somewhat flustered and frustrated. Not what I expected, and definitely not going back!!

Thermae is in an incredible location with excellent parking. No driving around for 10-15 mts. looking for a spot! The front desk staff was very, very nice and accomodating. After arriving I was given a tour of the spa, which smelled incredible, and then seated in their relaxation room. I was even given a heated neck pillow! My therapist was very nice, and more important, made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely visit Thermae again, and I plan to!

Pros: parking, incredibly nice staff, knowledgeable

I went to Thermae Spa about a month ago to get a facial. The facilities were very nice and clean, and everyone seemed professional and friendly. This was one of the few facials I had where I felt like the person understood my skin (asian) and performed extractions that were NOT incredibly painful (for once!). I did buy one of the products but I felt like the aesthetician was also very honest about what would be unnecessary for my skin as well. Would definitely recommend it to others and will be going back myself!

Pros: clean, nice facilities, parking
