terrible. I went here in April last year and got a great color. I then made an appt and went back in November trying to get the same colorist. I asked for the same hairdresser but when I got there they put me with someone else. I decided to come back when my original person. When I came back it wasnt the same girl the 2nd time either, although they tried to insist it was. I just needed the color so I went along with it and the colorist was TERRRIBLE.. I came out looking like an Albino and after yelling at her and the front office people who are retarded I finally after 20 minutes of complaining got to speak to an Asst Mgr. She did agree to redo it for a discounted price but my hair still came out orange. A nitemare.…

My new obsession, Balayage!. I have never written a review before, but I would be doing an enormous injustice if I didn't sing the praises of my new favorite hair salon. After meeting the down-to-earth yet beautifully styled owner, Krysten, I decided to have a new highlighting process called Balayage done on my hair. As a small business owner, I deal with the public all day so I wanted to try something a little more contemporary but also subtle and sophisticated. The result could not have been more perfect. I have shiny, perfectly glowing highlights emerging from places in my hair i didn't even know highlights could come from. The coolest part, there are no traditional highlighted stripes on top of my head (which I hate so much)!I AM OBSESSED with my hair! Kelly was Amazing for our Wedding. I wanted to personally write hoe amazing Kelly was at our wedding. From the trials to the actual wedding day, Kelly surpassed my expectations for professionalism and talent, and overall, she was just so much fun to spend the day with! So needless to say, I was a bit neurotic about my hair style for my own wedding. Kelly was so patient with me at the trial, she made me feel so confident and also made me feel like I was he one and only top priority. On our Wedding day, she arrived promptly on time and was like a machine all day! She did five formal up-do's and at one point, my bridesmaids and I were wondering if she was even going to take a bathroom break...and she didn't! My six year-old niece, who is not comfortable around people she doesn't know and hates to have her hair done, sat quietly and contently as Kelly did her hair ( she looked like such an angel). Afterward, she came to me and said, "Auntie, the hair lady is so nice!" We were all cooped up in a hotel conference room for about five hours and having Kelly there made it so much fun! Everyone loved her! As for my hair, I loved it! I was so sad I had to take out the 100+ bobby pins that held it all together. She did exactly what I wanted and very time I look at our wedding pictures, I can't stop looking at my hair! I just want to make sure that Kelly is recognized for her stellar work. Please know I will be referring both Blondie Bridal and Kelly!…
