Loyal customer no more. I used to go to Anna's 2-3 days a week for the Carnitas. Once the chain grew and the locations themselves got bigger, I saw a dramatic drop in quality and customer service. I started having a lot of fat in my burrito. I no longer go to Anna's. I'd rather pay a little more and get a better, slightly bigger, burrito at Boca Grande.
