Not a bad place to stop with the family for a steak or seafood.. Priced well and the service was great....Plenty on the menu to cover every ones taste buds.

Not sure what your chicken dish was, but I had a new menu item that was called Charbroiled chicken. The sauce was great and so was the jicama pineapple salsa! My husband had the special, Cowboy Ribeye. he really enjoyed it and the price was half what it was @ JR's! We'll be back for dinner very soon.

• Pros: Service was very good! I really liked the view inside and out.

Nothing Special

We decided to try Mac's for my birthday. The salad was pretty good, but there was just nothing special about the steak. It was cooked medium-well the way I like it, but the flavor was just ordinary. My mother got some kind of chicken (I forgot what it was called.) which was covered with a sauce. I tasted it as my mother thought it was strange. Sure enough, when we asked what kind of sauce it was, we realized this sauce would taste better on fish as it was basically ketchup and horseradish.

Don't waste your time on Mac's. Go to Texas Roadhouse or Texas Land and Cattle instead. Their steaks have an extraordinary flavor and they don't serve chicken with cocktail sauce.
